XQL-SA130 Letter Bending Machine
Introduction
Fully functional, three-in-one automatic bending machine, which has combined both the plate and profile processing. This system integrated the most convenient switching function of material and cutter, the design of double slotting cutter and double bending blade can easily deal with stainless steel, galvanized sheet, aluminum plate and aluminum profile and other materials processing. With the progressive clamping feeding system it surely realized the highest rate of return on investment in the market.

Double Blade alternating bending system, special designed blade and the blade edge, capable of bending with plate and Aluminum profiles. Better choice for small angle and radian bending.
Double-cutter slotting , using plane cutter for GI steel and stainless steel, using wide-angle alloy cutter for Aluminum strip and Aluminum profile.
Two feeding systems:
1. Roller continuous feeding device:
Rapid and sensitive, sustained response, shorten feeding time. Passive
feed roller can be adjusted by pressure settings, and can be outstanding performance for different thickness of the material, to eliminate the material indentation due to excessive pressure . Relying length encoder and closed-loop control system eliminates material slippage . The file matching accuracy ± 0.1mm.
2. Circulation-typed clamp feeding system, mechanical arm and
alternating clamp feeding designed, servo drive and high quality ball screw and liner guide rail configuration make feeding smooth and steady. No deformation of the material. Length encoder and closed-loop control system matches the finished product with the source file perfectly.
